PHRich uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts and will terminate all related accounts upon detection, retaining all balances pending investigation.

Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHRich username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. PHRich will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact PHRich support immediately at support@phrich.click. PHRich will not be liable for losses caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
As a licensed Philippine gaming operator, PHRich is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on members. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or SSS ID) and proof of address. The PHRich Refer a Friend program is subject to its own terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are only paid for genuine new registrations by persons who have not previously held a PHRich account. Attempts to generate fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fictitious persons — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all referral earnings.
Each game and betting category on PHRich — including but not limited to Tongits, Sabong, Live Baccarat, NBA Betting, and Football Betting — is governed by its own set of game rules in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by PHRich, it is final and cannot be cancelled by the member, unless PHRich's own system error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly. PHRich will not accept requests to void bets based on a member's change of mind after the bet has been placed.
If PHRich offers odds, lines, or game outcomes that are clearly the result of a technical error (such as a grossly incorrect odds value), PHRich reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's account. PHRich will act reasonably and promptly in such cases and will notify affected members.
PHRich is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection from the internet or other technical failures on the member's end during a game session. If a disconnection occurs during a live game, PHRich's server records will be used as the authoritative record of game state at the time of disconnection.

Before closure, any remaining wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding compliance issues on your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of PHRich shall first be referred to PHRich's customer support team for resolution. PHRich is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable regulatory or legal channels under Philippine law. You and PHRich agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
